Free-tier workarounds: paste START-HERE.md into a chat, create a Project with SKILL.md + SMART-LOADER.md as project knowledge, or paste individual agent/framework files directly. SMART-LOADER.md routes each request to relevant agents only (3 per turn on free, 5 on Pro), and Key Decision Records survive chat compaction so a MASTER KDR can be pasted into a new conversation to resume.

Documented limitations: this is a Claude Skill, not a standalone library, so there is no CLI, package, or API to call outside Claude. Repository integrity is checked by tools/validate_repo.py running in CI on every PR, but the README does not describe a test suite, benchmarks, or sample outputs to inspect without installing into Claude. The free Claude tier cannot use Skills natively.
