Small sprayer nozzle

A compact sprayer nozzle for 8.2 mm outside-diameter vinyl tubing with a 5.54 mm bore. A hex grip makes installation easier, and an optional internal straightener supports experimentation with the jet. Supplied downloads include four orifice sizes.

Printing & fit

  • Print barb-down and tip-up. Inspect the internal bore in the slicer.
  • PETG or ASA is suggested for the intended outdoor use.
  • Test several orifice sizes with the actual pump; clean up printed holes to the intended size.

Open the STL in your slicer to check orientation and supports before printing.
