Sliding-X RC plane stand

The sliding variation lowers the spine below the crossing legs and adds a locking screw with a captured nut. The default model is the original printable hub. Alternative low-support and flush-sleeve hub exports are included as downloads.

Printing & fit

  • Print two hubs and test pipe fit before assembling the stand.
  • The original hub requires supports around horizontal channels and the raised body. Alternative exports have different print geometry.
  • Measure pipe diameters and check locking force and aircraft clearances on the physical build.

Open the STL in your slicer to check orientation and supports before printing.
